Office Hours & Response Time

Dr. Miller's team is in the office from 10am - 4pm EST (3pm EST on Fridays). If you submit a contact form, we try to respond via email the same day or first thing the next morning. If you don't hear from us, please check your spam folder.

We are out of the office on weekends and for all federal holidays, but will respond to all communication upon returning to the office.

Processing Times

Please note: Dr. Miller's exam/DBQ appointments are scheduling several weeks out. Nexus letters only (with no exam) are a maximum 2-week turnaround time.
